Occupational Noise

A worker exposed to excessive noise is less productive, and may develop irreversible hearing damage. The OSHA "90(85)dBA" rule strives to improve this situation.

Campanella Associates critically evaluates worker environments by noise dosimetry time-history techniques. Practical and cost-effective noise control procedures are prescribed.

We collaborate with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), The Acoustical Society of America (ASA), The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and The International Standards Organization (ISO). Since 1972 Campanella Associates (formerly known as ACCULAB) has applied the science of acoustics to the design of buildings, roadways, airports, telecommunications studios and industrial improvement programs.
