Occupational Noise

Occupational Noise relates to the noise that working persons are exposed to while they perform their appointed tasks or may be just in their work place environment.

We measure noise in the workplace typically at the head position of employees occupied there. This may be done with meters carried there for that purpose of with miniature instrument packs that may be worn for various time periods.

Noise affecting employees is usually evaluated in workspaces, offices and meeting rooms. Recommendations on Noise reducion via work place site and work equipment treatment or task modification are provided.
